Our Regulatory Framework

In the FENIX project, we will investigate the regulatory compliance to yield outcomes that are valuable and efficient in terms of:

  • Regulation EU 1009/2019: national regulations (fertilizing products)

  • Directive (EU) 2018/851 amending Directive 2008/98/EC on waste

  • Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH)

  • CLP Regulation (‘Classification, Labelling and Packaging’, Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008)

Achieving compliance at a national level
